Character Art Cover Commissions

By commissioning me, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my following terms."Buyer"/"Commissioner" refers to every person who paid for a commission. By paying, you agree to have read, understood, and agreed to my Commissions Terms of Service.All commissioners will receive a high quality file of the final image, emailed to their email address of choice1.) All commissions will have a basic colored background unless transparent is requested. Should the commissioner want a more complicated background, I may need to charge extra.I will draw

Estimated completion time depends on the complexity of the project.
Most commissions are completed within 4 weeks.3.) Usage & Edits
Commissioners may use the artwork for personal use and online promotion (social media, websites, announcements).For inquiries please contact me via DM.For commercial rights please contact me via DM.Commercial use includes any use tied to sales and promotion, not just direct selling. Offering for free with proof of purchase would still be considered commercial use.If you commissioned an illustration for personal use later and wish to purchase the rights this can be done at any time.4.) Artist Rights
I retain the right to display and reuse the artwork including for self promotion and portfolio.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.I do not use AI at any point in my art from start to finished process.I will keep commissioner updated throughout creative process upon request.I’m open to feedback and revisions as long as they are communicated respectfully. Extreme revisions may alter the timeline of the project.5.) Payment Terms
A 50% upfront payment is required to hold the commissioner’s spot and begin the commission. (Or full payment if desired.)The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the artwork.Low-resolution watermarked files will be sent to confirm client is happy with final product.Final high-resolution files will not be delivered until the full payment has been received.Payments are accepted via PayPal.All files will be provided in high resolution by email after the final payment is done.6.) Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits/upfront payments are non-refundable.
If the commissioner cancels after work has started no refunds will be issued.If the artist must cancel, a partial or full refund will be provided based on the amount of work completed.7.) Commissioner Responsibilities
The commissoner is responsible for providing clear references, descriptions, and any necessary details for the artwork.Delays in communication or missing information from the commissioner may affect the timeline and could result in rescheduling the project after the next client in queue.8.) Agreement
